The successful candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, ensure compliance with Eurocodes and UK standards, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Chartered structural engineer with extensive UK consultancy experience.
• Proficient in Eurocodes and UK Building Regulations.
• Experience designing steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry.
• Experience carrying out inspections and producing reports.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.

Associate Director / Chartered Structural Engineer
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Salary up to £85,000 (maybe more DOE) + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join a well-established and respected structural and civil engineering consultancy as an Associate Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to take the next step into a senior leadership position, helping shape the future direction of a growing practice while delivering a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects.

The successful Associate Director will lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from inception through to completion, whilst managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. The practice works across a broad range of sectors including education, commercial, residential, sports facilities, heritage, regeneration, faade and recladding schemes, together with specialist civil engineering structures.
