Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment represents a fast-growing UK consultancy seeking a Head of Design (Structural) in Leicester. This role provides autonomy to build and lead a team of Structural Engineers with direct reporting to the directors. You will drive technical excellence and nurture client relationships.

You will manage key residential and commercial accounts, ensuring KPI targets are met, and there is a clear pathway to director-level progression within the business.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuring all KPI's are met across the board.
