Chichester College Group is seeking an innovative Head of Learning to lead our STEM provision across Engineering, Science and Digital. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for a large and diverse curriculum, aligning with employer needs and delivering outstanding student outcomes.
The role offers a clear path for progression to Vice Principal, with responsibilities to grow partnerships, develop staff, and drive curriculum innovation within a values-driven, supportive senior team.
Competenze
- A recognised teaching qualification and relevant subject expertise.
- Experience of leading, managing or coordinating staff within an educational setting.
- A proven track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
