Computershare is seeking a visionary Head of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to define and evolve our global reliability strategy. You will lead initiatives across Engineering, Infrastructure Operations and Security to deliver highly reliable, scalable services and foster a culture of continuous learning.

This senior role reports to the Global Head of Technology Operations and focuses on operational excellence, automation, and reliability across a global technology landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in SRE/Production Engineering.
• Proven ability to drive automation and obs tools at scale.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles including SLOs/SLIs and toil reduction.

Aufgaben

• Drive adoption of SRE principles (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction).
• Establish observability and monitoring standards.
• Lead automation-first operations.
• Improve incident and problem management maturity.
• Partner with software and infrastructure teams to embed reliability.
• Establish SRE governance, standards and operating model.
