Job summary
Oldham College is seeking a committed Head of Faculty Sport, UPS, Finance & Professional to drive delivery of college priorities. You will lead a large faculty, coordinate staff and resources, and strengthen industry links to deliver outstanding service to the Oldham community.
The role requires strategic thinking, experience in curriculum development, and the ability to inspire staff, employers and learners while aligning with national FE priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of a faculty or large team.
- Experience shaping curriculum design and delivery.
- Track record of raising recruitment and success rates.
- Understanding of FE sector priorities and policy.
- Ability to inspire staff, employers and learners.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Director to achieve vision and priorities of Oldham College.
- Provide leadership and coordination of the Faculty's staff and resources across funding streams.
- Grow relevant commercial links with industry while delivering outstanding service to the community.
- Ensure the Faculty curriculum meets learner, employer and community needs.
- Develop and implement teaching, learning and assessment methodologies based on evidence-based practice.
- Comply with College policies including safeguarding and equality commitments.
