Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for the Clinical Head of Site Management and Patient Flow at Manchester Royal Infirmary. The post leads the MRI Site Management team, driving efficient bed use and safe, patient-focused pathways to meet quality and performance standards.

The post holder is a credible clinical operational leader (Nurse or AHP) responsible for real-time data translation, predictive modelling, and strong cross-team collaboration across the Trust

Qualifications

• Nurse or AHP educated to degree level with Masters level Qualification in health related subject or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading site management or bed management and patient flow

Responsibilities

• Lead the MRI Site Management team to maximise bed capacity and patient flow
• Use real time data to support day-to-day operations and predictive modelling
• Build relationships with senior leaders and clinical colleagues to deliver quality and performance standards
