Qualifications

• Experience in managing inpatient bed flow and escalation processes.
• Ability to provide nursing and clinical leadership.
• Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilisation of inpatient and day-case beds on a 24/7 basis, maintaining clinical quality and safety.
• Coordinate elective and non-elective admissions across a 24-hour period.
• Provide nursing, operational and clinical advice across the Trust.
• Develop skills and experience in patient flow and provide leadership.
• Act as deputy for the Operational Site Manager.
• Work in accordance with NMC code of professional conduct and guidelines.
