Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Head of Site for an onsite facility at Leconfield near Beverley, East Yorkshire. You will lead diverse operational teams to deliver maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Army vehicle capability, shaping site performance and safety culture.

You'll manage customer and stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives in a complex defence

Qualifications

• Leadership of large teams in an operational setting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, repair and overhaul business models.
• Experience delivering multiple objectives within a complex operational setting.
• Proven customer relationship management skills within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong leadership, commercial, financial and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site to deliver operational, financial and customer performance objectives.
• Drive a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with key customer and stakeholder groups across the enterprise.
• Oversee the delivery of maintenance, repair and overhaul activities that support Army vehicle capability.
• Develop and coach leaders and teams to achieve outstanding business performance.
