Babcock International is seeking a Head of Site to lead a high‑profile operational facility at Leconfield, near Beverley, East Yorkshire. You’ll own site performance, drive safety, quality and continuous improvement, and shape routes to deliver maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Army vehicle capability.

Based onsite, you’ll manage diverse teams, build strong customer relationships, and coach leaders to achieve outstanding business results while maintaining rigorous security

• Leadership of large teams within an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, repair and overhaul business models and associated processes.
• Experience delivering multiple business objectives within a complex operational setting.
• Proven customer relationship management skills within multi-stakeholder environments.
