Job summary

Eden Project Morecambe is seeking a Head of Site to lead the operational heartbeat of the site, delivering an extraordinary visitor experience while driving commercial and operational success. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across visitor services, learning, retail, food & beverage, events and facilities.

The role requires significant senior leadership experience in complex visitor attractions, with a strong focus on strategy, sustainability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex visitor-facing environments or large venues.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and revenue growth.
• Proven ability to lead diverse multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with partners, communities and funders.
• Evidence of strategic planning and delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term strategic vision and master planning.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across visitor experience, services, retail, food & beverage, events and learning.
• Drive revenue growth and manage budgets to meet targets.
• Lead large multidisciplinary teams with a culture of inclusion and high performance.
