About your new role:

We are seeking a Head of Service Operations to lead our automotive teams as part of our growth. The successful candidate will be a natural leader in operational service management, liaising with various business functions. Working cross-functionally with teams such as client delivery and product management, you will ensure excellent service for our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head of Service Operations, your daily activities will include:

  • Overseeing daily responsibilities of the automotive branch functions (Supplier Assurance platform), including Data Administration, Outbound Support, Inbound Support, and Compliance Analysis.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to branch leaders to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Managing platform incidents and ensuring timely ticket responses.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation.
  • Coordinating service support to deliver excellent customer and client experiences.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders and other departments.
  • Meeting with external clients via calls or in-person to present service performance and share insights.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in IT or SaaS sectors.
  • People management skills within a multilingual, multinational environment.
  • Experience in operational service management.
  • Ability to coach and develop individuals at various levels.
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with data tools like Sheets and Excel for analysis and communication.
  • Organisational skills and experience with tracking software such as Jira.
  • Proactive workflow management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including technical discussions.
  • Public speaking experience, especially in client-facing roles involving presentations.
  • Multilingual abilities are desirable but not essential.
  • Motivation, commitment, and adaptability.
  • Effective communication and idea sharing skills.
  • Alignment with NQC’s values, integrity, and principled behaviour.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and optimise resources.
  • Creativity and openness to change.
