Job description

Head of User Support - 6 month contract - hybrid - ASAP start - SC clearance needed

User Support Team Manager looking to run a team that supports the client's internal platform for employee communication. Additionally, you will have to determine whether the right operations are in place.

Requirements:

  • Ran either support functions or infrastructure teams
  • Be able to report to senior people
  • Security Clearance needed

Contract:

  • 6 months
  • START: ASAP
  • Inside IR35
  • Interview process: 1 stage
  • Location: hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs on-site) near Crystal Palace
