CityFibre is seeking a Head of Service Design to lead the design and evolution of operating models, end-to-end services and processes. You will work across business, technology and network teams to translate strategy into scalable, effective ways of working and support customers and the wider business.

• Significant leadership experience across service design, process architecture and transformation.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale operating models and service transformations.
• Strong knowledge of customer journeys, service blueprinting and value streams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and evolution of CityFibre's enterprise operating models and services.
• Govern process architecture, standards and ownership frameworks.
• Develop service design capability across journeys and value streams.
• Lead process simplification and standardisation across functions.
• Develop process intelligence and mining to identify improvements.
• Provide leadership across major transformation programmes (Service Management, Digital, automation).
