Job summary

CityFibre is hiring a Head of Service Design in Milton Keynes for a hybrid role, leading the design and evolution of operating models and end-to-end services. You’ll work across business, technology and network teams to translate strategy into scalable ways of working.

You’ll bring extensive leadership in service design and process architecture, with a track record of cross-functional transformation and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across service design, process architecture or operating model design.
• Track record of turning strategy into practical change across large organisations.
• Experience in cross-functional transformation programmes and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise operating models and end-to-end services across business, technology and networks.
• Govern our process architecture, standards and ownership framework.
• Develop service design capability across customer journeys, value streams and service performance.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation and optimisation across multiple functions.
• Develop process intelligence and mining to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership across major transformation programmes including Service Management, Digital and automation.
