Overview

We are looking for a Head of Service to lead the Children in Care Service and join our Children in Care leadership team at Birmingham Children's Trust.

About you
  • You will need to understand how to include service users, partners and staff in the journey to outstanding outcomes.
  • You will be able to think ahead, scan opportunities and drive innovation to improve outcomes for young people while ensuring effective delivery of good practice by managers and workers.
  • You will have skills to build relationships with key partners to understand and fulfil corporate parenting responsibilities to our young people.

  • You must hold SW qualification.

Financials

Salary range: £66,627 – £85,845 per year.
