Job summary

Asset Reality is seeking a senior security leader to own the company’s security posture across architecture, engineering, IT and client-facing compliance. Starting without a dedicated security team, you will define strategy, govern policy, and drive incident response in a fast-moving environment.

You will shape the security program with emphasis on IAM, cloud security, and risk management, coordinating with internal teams and external assessors to maintain high assurance levels across

Qualifications

• Five+ years in security with leadership experience.
• Cloud security architecture ownership in production (AWS or GCP).
• Experience with formal security or compliance regimes (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or gov frameworks).
• Experience presenting security to external parties (auditors, regulators).
• Practical ownership of enterprise IT security (MDM, SSO, endpoint hardening).
• Threat modelling as a discipline.

Responsibilities

• Advise on security architecture; participate in design reviews and document positions.
• Own corporate security estate (IAM, device management, network security, email/tools config).
• Support IT manager who runs day-to-day operations and reports to CTPO.
• Own security posture shown to clients (security questionnaires, due diligences, client audits).
• Own security policy set, awareness program, and vendor security review process.
