Job summary

Corecom Consulting seeks a Director of Architecture & Security to shape technology strategy, security governance and AI oversight from a UK remote base. You will own the architecture and controls to support rapid growth, international expansion, and client integrations.

You will lead enterprise architecture, data governance, and security posture while driving certification programs and scalable operating models.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience.
• Strong enterprise architecture experience.
• Security architecture and governance expertise.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead enterprise architecture across cloud, platforms, data, and services.
• Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Own security posture, data governance, and risk management.
• Lead certification and compliance (ISO 42001, SOC 2).
• Oversee AI governance, model oversight, licensing, and data residency.
• Define integration strategy with client and partner systems.
• Oversee internal IT, identity management, security, and SaaS vendors.
• Monitor platform economics and cost-to-serve.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on priorities.
