Applications are invited for the position of Head of Security in the Estates Department. Royal Holloway, University of London, is seeking to develop and redefine its campus security services to better align with cultural and stakeholder requirements, emphasizing inclusivity and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional from a security background within HEI or similar environments, with a vision to evolve the security department for the future. Significant experience in people management, procedural change, and digital performance standards is essential.
