Job summary

Kirklevington Primary School seeks an experienced senior leader to drive strategic direction, improve standards and lead teaching and safeguarding across the school. You will shape policy, support professional development, and foster a culture of high expectations.

You will develop exciting curricula, set targets, monitor progress and inspire staff to deliver exceptional pupil outcomes while ensuring safeguarding compliance across the school community.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a primary setting.
• Experience developing exciting and innovative curriculum plans personalised to the needs of the whole pupil.
• Proven track record of raising standards and meeting challenging targets at whole-school level.
• Experience and evidence of managing, developing, inspiring and motivating staff.
• Ability to set targets for school improvement and establish, monitor and evaluate an action plan.
• Up-to-date safeguarding legislation knowledge and promoting safeguarding culture across the school.
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS, ideally with leadership qualifications.
