Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Head of Sales to lead our client's growth from a UK base with regular travel across the UK and international markets. You will drive the sales pipeline, win new business, and expand existing accounts while building distribution networks for engineered electronic or electromechanical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of successful sales experience in process or energy sectors.
• Proven ability to sell engineered products to technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong track record of winning new business while growing existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel UK and internationally; comfortable with multiple markets.
• Based anywhere in the UK, with regular travel to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts in the process and energy sectors.
• Drive new business development across the UK and international markets.
• Build, develop and maintain distribution networks to support growth.
• Deliver tailored technical and commercial sales solutions to customers.
• Travel from a UK-based location ~50% to support customers and growth initiatives.
