We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales Operations to take ownership of the company’s sales operations, which include:
Integrating two companies' CRM systems and processes to create a harmonized view on accounts, data, opportunities, and generating marketing insights from the combined company is a key objective.
This entails working with the company’s billing and invoicing partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes for the order lifecycle, from creation through billing and invoicing. Part of this role involves managing and coordinating marketing operations, working with internal stakeholders to introduce a marketing automation system, currently HubSpot. Ensuring sales and marketing campaigns are driven by accurate, up-to-date data, and improving data segmentation and processes are key responsibilities.
This involves managing the rollout, usage, and adoption of the CRM system (HubSpot) across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Responsibilities include creating business metrics and KPIs, utilizing data analytics like client usage statistics to inform sales follow-up actions.
