To lead the Leisure & Marine sales team in delivering improved results by managing the strategic direction of the LKQ L&M sales organisation. The role is responsible for all commercial activities, setting both short- and long-term sales strategies to ensure the Group maximises all sales opportunities. This role will actively determine optimal pricing, identify customer leverage points, and aim to exceed revenue and profit targets without compromising customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Group Business Director, the Head of Sales will collaborate with the LKQ Leisure & Marine senior leadership team to develop high sales performance and customer standards aligned with the organisation’s strategy, ultimately delivering excellent customer service.
