Overview

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our sales and marketing teams at Khaos Control, an award-winning ERP SaaS provider powering SME retail. This role is based within 1 hour of Grantham, Lincs, with a hybrid working model.

  • Salary: Up to £90,000 + £10,000 Car Allowance + Bonuses and Commission (OTE £120,000+)

With over 20 years of experience, Khaos Control develops solutions to help businesses control their operations, integrating with platforms like Amazon FBA, eBay, Shopify, and more. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for a strategic leader to drive our sales efforts.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will:

  1. Work closely with the MD to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
  3. Oversee CRM data management and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Collaborate across departments to increase revenue from existing clients and acquire new business.
  5. Manage departmental budgets and work with finance to achieve growth and efficiency goals.
  6. Monitor market and competitor trends, providing strategic insights.
  7. Demonstrate strong business acumen and sector knowledge.
Candidate Profile

You should have:

  • At least 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, preferably in software/ERP.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving strategic change.
  • Strong organizational skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
