About the Role

Head of Sales
Hybrid Working Residing Within 1 hour from Grantham, Lincs HQ
Up to £90,000 Basic + £10,000 Car Allowance + Bonuses and Commission (OTE £120,000+)
Plus Complete Benefits Package Including Private Healthcare and Generous Holiday Allowance
Full Time - Permanent

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the MD.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
  3. Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
  4. Manage the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and team compliance.
  5. Drive revenue growth through existing clients and new business development.
  6. Manage departmental budget and P&L in coordination with the finance team.
  7. Analyze market and competitor trends, providing strategic insights and product feedback.
  8. Demonstrate strong business acumen and sector knowledge across teams.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, preferably in software/ERP.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and driving sales strategies.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing change.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
