Despite experiencing 200% customer business growth, we see even greater potential and want you to lead our sales and marketing teams to strategize and fuel our growth. Note: This is a hands-on role where you will own your sales quota.

The Opportunity

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the MD on sales and marketing strategies
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing sales and marketing teams
  • Monitoring sales metrics and CRM data
  • Driving revenue growth from existing clients and new leads
  • Managing departmental budget and P&L
  • Analyzing market trends and providing strategic recommendations
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in software
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong business acumen and data proficiency
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, collaborative, with excellent communication skills
