JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head of Sales & Marketing with a proven track record of success within the SaaS / Technology / Software sector. This is a highly operational role demanding a ‘hands-on’ approach. You will initially lead a small, dedicated sales and marketing team, with the exciting opportunity to significantly expand both departments and grow into international markets.
Working as the Head of Sales & Marketing you will become an integral member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. A key responsibility will be developing and executing a strategic plan for global expansion, with an initial focus on the UK, European, and Americas markets.
Approximately 70% of your time as the Head of Sales & Marketing will be dedicated to identifying and capitalising on market opportunities. This involves conceiving and implementing innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels, with a meticulous focus on analysing campaign performance and return on investment.
The remaining 30% of your time will be devoted to overseeing the sales team, ensuring they consistently achieve ambitious KPIs and targets.
