A leading powered access rental equipment provider seeks a Head of Sales for the Southeast region. The successful candidate will develop regional sales strategies, manage a team, and drive revenue growth. We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Southeast region.
As Head of Sales, reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy. This includes managing Business Development Managers and Internal Sales Managers, ensuring robust and consistent sales processes, and leading a motivated sales team focused on maximizing revenue.
This role requires an experienced and successful sales leader who can demonstrate passion, confidence, credibility, and focus in leading their teams.
You will need proven success in managing regional sales teams, experience in influencing and building relationships with senior management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
