Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head – UK to lead and grow our business across the region. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality ecosystem, a strong commercial mindset, and proven experience in driving B2B and partner acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive OYO’s growth strategy across the UK market
  • Identify and onboard quality hotel and property partners aligned with OYO’s standards
  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, business development executives, and partner support agents
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and pricing to define and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and ensure sustained partner satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to drive occupancy and profitability
  • Represent OYO at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms

Key Requirements:

  • with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in hospitality, travel, or accommodation sector (e.g. hotels, OTAs, property tech)
  • Proven ability to scale operations and manage large sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with sound knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high accountability
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
