The opportunity:

Join a small but growing sales team with big plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continues its growth trajectory.

Work closely with the CRO to build out the revenue strategy, focusing largely on optimizing inbound lead conversion, but also building an outbound sales approach to exceed growth targets!

Lead a team of 3, mentor, motivate, and drive performance as you develop your sales leadership career!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a full step into sales leadership within a business that will only continue to expand! You’ll also work closely with a CRO who has experience with some of the most recognisable tech brands globally!

Who fits this role:

  • Experience and track record in SaaS Sales, personally delivering a new business sales quota.
  • Prior experience in Team Management, leadership, coaching, or mentorship.
  • Self-motivated and keen to make a difference. We want someone to come with ideas and solutions or seek them!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.
  • Experience within InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech, or GRC solutions.

The package:

  • £85,000 basic salary with a £45k bonus, uncapped, OTE
  • Fully remote working available with multiple offices across the South
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Increased pension contributions
