We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join the Scotland & North East region.
As Head of Sales, reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective regional sales strategy. This includes managing Business Development Managers and Internal Sales Managers, ensuring robust and consistent sales processes, and leading a motivated sales team focused on maximizing revenue.
This is an exciting role requiring an experienced and successful sales leader who can demonstrate passion, confidence, credibility, and focus in leading teams.
You will need proven success in managing regional sales teams, experience in influencing and building relationships with senior management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into action.
