Key Responsibilities of the Head of Retail

• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards across all retail outlets within the hub.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
