• Lead the delivery of savings strategy across branch and online channels.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams across the branch network.
• Use customer insight and MI to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to shape savings proposition.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining outstanding customer outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with key suppliers and community partners.
