Responsibilities

• Personally originate residential development finance opportunities through an established UK network of developers, brokers and introducers.
• Generate consistent new lending business, including repeat transactions and referrals.
• Assess development proposals, borrower experience, project viability, funding requirements and exit strategies.
• Structure and negotiate development finance facilities, balancing commercial opportunity with appropriate credit risk.
• Prepare and present lending proposals, working closely with credit teams to secure approvals.
• Manage transactions through valuation, legal documentation, monitoring and successful completion.
• Build sustainable lending relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the development finance business.
