Job summary

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a Head of Religious Education for a Basildon secondary school to start in January 2027. You will lead the RE department, create schemes of work, and drive high standards across KS3–KS5 within a supportive staff team.

Qualifications

• Current Head of Department or experienced teacher seeking to take a step up.
• Demonstrable history of teaching RE to KS3, KS4 and KS5 to a high standard.
• Enthusiasm and creativity in delivering lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
• Passion for RE and commitment to pupil well-being.

Responsibilities
