Priory Community School is seeking a Head of Religious Education to lead the RE Department on a permanent basis. The role focuses on curriculum quality, teaching and assessment, and line management of the RE team to drive improvements across KS3 and KS4.

You will monitor student progress and contribute to wider school values and improvement priorities within Pathway Trust, ensuring an inclusive, supportive learning culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of all aspects of the RE Department, including curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment.
• Line manage RE staff and empower the team to improve practice.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and contribute to school improvement priorities.
• Support collegial collaboration and design high-quality RE provision across key stages KS3–KS4.
