Job summary

Olive Recruit in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead recruitment across our Ofsted division. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Children's Services sector and has a proven track record of recruiting Registered Managers and senior operational professionals within Ofsted-regulated services.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to attract high-quality candidates and ensure vacancies are filled with the right people.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment within Children’s Services / Ofsted-regulated services.
• Experience recruiting at management and senior management level.
• Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activity across the Ofsted division.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of experienced Ofsted Registered Managers.
• Recruit Registered Managers and other senior management positions.
• Collaborate with operational managers and SMT to forecast recruitment needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end from search to appointment.
