Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior / Lead Quality / QA or QC position.
• Fresh Produce experience, ideally with Grapes and/or Citrus.
• Exceptional leadership experience in a technical role.

Responsibilities

• Set standards and implement procedures against compliance programs.
• Create training initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Monitor retail food standards compliance.
