Job summary

Homes England is seeking a Head of Service Transformation to lead the Help to Buy Transformation & Reprocurement Programme. You will shape the operating model, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement across a multi-year public sector initiative.

You will oversee the product backlog, coordinate across governance forums, and deliver value while safeguarding public funds. Experience in public equity mortgage loans is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in government-funded or complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of public sector governance and Managing Public Money.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Help to Buy Transformation and Reprocurement Programme.
• Oversee product backlog development, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
• Ensure governance, reporting and risk management across the programme lifecycle.
