Job summary

Niyaa People are supporting a social housing group in South Wales to appoint a Head of Property Services on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office, and offers a high‑profile leadership opportunity to drive the next phase of transformation and service improvement across the property function.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership for repairs, planned maintenance and compliance, embed new operating arrangements, strengthen governance

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across property services, repairs, maintenance and/or compliance.
• Strong understanding of planned maintenance and property compliance requirements.
• Experience leading organisational change and service transformation.
• Track record of delivering measurable performance improvement.
• Experience developing and embedding new operating models, structures or ways of working.
• Commercial, financial and performance management capability.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong focus on customer experience, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
