Lincoln Cornhill is currently working with a Housing Association based in Bristol, recruiting for a Head of Property & Compliance on an interim six-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, but the client is open to candidates with a longer notice period. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Repairs, Planned, and Compliance functions for a Housing Association
• Supporting the Compliance Manager, especially with M+E policies
• Improving the property services function
• Attending contractor meetings and ensuring value for money
• Managing costs while maintaining high standards

Required experience and skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing M+E policies and procedures
• Proven ability to deliver cost-efficient Repairs & Maintenance services
• Experience working within Social Housing
• Stakeholder and senior management liaison skills
