- Performance Management: Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and guide on technical and professional matters.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure processes and daily management of compliance are robust.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
- Case Supervision

Client & Transaction Management
- Complex Transactions: Handle high-value or intricate conveyancing matters.
