An innovative market leader in the insurance industry is seeking a Home Retail Pricing Lead to join a vibrant team. We’re looking for a Home Retail Pricing Lead to join our Home Retail Pricing team either working remotely or based in our Salford Quays, Manchester or Haywards Heath, West Sussex offices.
In this role you’ll work as part of our exciting new Home Retail Pricing Team and you’ll be responsible for leading the building of new predictive models using linear and non-linear statistical techniques as well as monitoring, maintaining and updating existing statistical models.
In addition, you'll solve key company questions and provide analysis, insight and competitive advantage to the company by producing recommendations, analysis and reports to maximise customer satisfaction and the profitability of the company.
We’re all about people and we’re passionate about continuous improvement, so you’ll pro-actively seek ways to improve existing processes in the Retail Pricing Team and to implement and advise on analysis strategy for the company, with particular focus on customer behaviour and insurance market dynamics.
