We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our property team as Head of Property at Klarent Head Office. This role manages property-related matters within our hotel portfolio.

The Role

• Responsible for construction projects, maintenance strategies, estate management, and identifying value-add opportunities.
• Collaborate with investors to deliver key projects.
• Oversee health & safety compliance.
• Support development and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage maintenance budgets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience with Mechanical and Electrical hotel systems.
• Strong construction project management skills.
• Experience working with contractors, designers, and consultants.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and provide clear direction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent personal branding and standards focus.
• Hospitality experience is desirable.
