ROLE: Head of Property

HOURS: Full time, 40hrs p/w

SALARY: up to £90,000, plus car, bonus, and benefits

BASE: Hybrid - Field Based National Role, with regular travel to Head Office (South Normanton, DE55, just off J28, M1)

We are recruiting a Head of Property to lead, shape, and deliver our company-wide strategy for property, facilities, and branch estate acquisition and development.

WHAT OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY DOES:

1. Lead and develop resources (people, financial, assets) to meet business strategies and standards.
2. Develop and implement policies and plans over the planning cycle.
3. Monitor property and facility costs and budgets.
4. Ensure controls are in place to deliver accommodation and services cost-effectively.
5. Develop and implement property strategies, policies, and plans across the Group.
6. Analyze legislative changes and market best practices, including health, safety, and environmental aspects.
7. Ensure controls and procedures are adopted and effective.
8. Analyze and present potential target locations and properties.
9. Lead the end-to-end process of property acquisition, including location identification, lease negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
10. Provide advice and guidance on property and lease management.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY:

2. Subject Matter Expert in advising Senior Stakeholders.
3. Experience managing estates, property opportunities, and developments.
4. Leadership experience in business property, estates, and facilities.
