ROLE: Head of Property
HOURS: Full time, 40hrs p/w
SALARY: up to £90,000, plus car, bonus, and benefits

BASE: Hybrid - Field Based National Role, with regular travel to Head Office (South Normanton, DE55, just off J28, M1)

We are recruiting a Head of Property to lead, shape, and deliver our company-wide strategy for property, facilities, and branch estate acquisition and development.
WHAT OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY DOES:
- Lead and develop resources (people, financial, assets) to meet business strategies and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and plans over the planning cycle.
- Monitor property and facility costs and budgets.
- Ensure controls are in place to deliver accommodation and services cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement property strategies, policies, and plans across the Group.
- Analyze legislative changes and market best practices, including health, safety, and environmental aspects.
- Ensure controls and procedures are adopted and effective.
- Analyze and present potential target locations and properties.
- Lead the end-to-end process of property acquisition, including location identification, lease negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
- Provide advice and guidance on property and lease management.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HEAD OF PROPERTY:
- Deep knowledge of property and facilities management.
- Subject Matter Expert in advising Senior Stakeholders.
- Experience managing estates, property opportunities, and developments.
- Leadership experience in business property, estates, and facilities.
- Strategy and policy development skills.
- Understanding of property acquisition legislation and practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
