Job Description:

PRS is recruiting a Head of Projects to oversee a portfolio of premium residential sites across Zones 1 and 2 in Central London. The role involves managing a team of 2 Project Managers and a project budget between £500,000 and £1 million. Responsibilities include generating a sales pipeline, securing projects, managing client and partner relationships, ensuring projects adhere to contractual, statutory, and industry standards, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
