Job summary

Pinc Woodlands seeks an experienced Head of Programmes to lead the post-16 provision across multiple campuses, including Oldham and Huddersfield. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes for neurodivergent learners.

You’ll oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, safeguarding and EHCP coordination, shaping provision that recognises individual strengths and supports meaningful progression into adulthood.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-16 provision for students with SEND/EHCPs.
• Proven ability to drive high-quality teaching and outcomes.
• Strong leadership, safeguarding and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of post-16 provision across multiple campuses.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for inclusive learning.
• Oversee curriculum development, QA and safeguarding.
