ID A Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Head of Programmes & Impact for 35 hours per week in a hybrid role. The post leads programmes, impact and communications to drive the charity’s 2026–2030 strategy. Expected to secure income from funders and manage a high-performing team.

Salary £48,000–£55,000 per year. 26 days holiday, two remote days, and in-office presence near Lewisham. Senior leadership required with proven funding success and impact evaluation experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in programmes, impact or service delivery within the charity or mission-led sector.
• Track record securing income from trusts, foundations and/or corporate funders.
• Strong experience with monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks.
• Experience leading communications or engagement to support fundraising and impact.
• Confidence managing relationships with funders, partners and senior stakeholders.
• A track record building and developing high-performing teams.
