Job summary

enua is building a UK clinic and platform for patient care in London. The Head of Product & Technology will own the patient‑facing product and the behind‑the‑scenes systems from first visit through prescription and repeat order.

It is a founding leadership role with real ownership and impact from day one. You will set the strategy for the platform’s evolution, decide build, buy or partner moves across EHR, telehealth, pharmacy, payments and CRM, and lead a high‑performing product and engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product and technology, with at least 3 leading a product or engineering function.
• Deep architectural judgement and ability to set technical direction, review code, and build data/analytics.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, fintech or similar).
• Built digital products from 0 to 1 and through rapid scale, ideally in D2C subscription or telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy for UK, across EHR, telehealth, pharmacy, payments and CRM.
• Lead management team and build/scale product and engineering functions.
• Own the end-to-end patient product journey from first visit to repeat order.
• Hands-on development and shipping, balancing pace with reliability and architecture standards.
• Oversee testing, analytics, and reporting used by the business.
• Define AI agenda and ensure safe, effective AI integration into the platform.
