Job summary

Enua Pharma GmbH is building its UK platform and seeks a versatile strategist to lead the launch plan, patient journey design, and milestones. You will coordinate across technology partners, clinical operations, and regulatory teams to ensure the launch hangs together.

Join a lean, fast-moving team and partner with the founders on regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions. Your remit includes recruitment for clinic hires, London office fit-out, and overseeing pharmacy site searches,

Qualifications

• Proven experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid).
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Background in a regulated, healthtech, or DTC environment given advertising and compliance constraints in medical marketing.
• Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset towards employees and candidates.
• Self-starter energized by the blank page; not seeking a narrow, pre-defined job description.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London.

Responsibilities

• Own how the end-to-end go-to-market plan for launch hangs together—the digital platform, patient journey, and milestones.
• Keep the launch plan on track by working back from key milestones and coordinating across workstreams.
• Turn strategy into execution with founders, coordinating technology partners, clinical operations, and regulatory teams.
