Job summary

enua is building a UK clinic and platform to simplify, accelerate, and personalise care for medical cannabis patients in London. You will lead growth, own the patient acquisition engine, and shape the UK market narrative as a founding member of the UK team.

Location: London, 4 days a week in the office. Employment type: Full-time, permanent. You will sit on the management team with our MD and Co-Founder UK, shaping product, pricing and go-to-market decisions from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior or Head of role.
• Led a team of 3 or more and embedded AI in how a team works.
• Experience in performance marketing across search, SEO, paid social and funnel optimisation; scale spend with CAC and LTV:CAC.

Responsibilities

• Be a core member of our management team, build a high-performing AI-first marketing team and optimise agencies and freelancers.
• Own the growth plan and budget; set and deliver patient acquisition strategy; partner with product and tech to improve conversion and evolve brand positioning.
• Drive CAC, LTV and retention strategies to maximise long-term value per patient; work with finance on unit economics.
